The sliver bash plate, black cladding running across its length, black wing mirrors and door handles, 19-inch diamond cut alloy wheels and dual exhaust pipes add more to its masculine looks. The showcased variant was the top-end L&K variant, powered by the same 190bhp, 2.0L petrol engine. For performing transmission duties, it has a 7-speed DCT automatic unit. The 4X4 drivetrain system will be reserved for the top-end variant, which will make its way in India. The new Kodiaq features Skoda’s ‘Modern Solid’ design language along with features such as a 13-inch infotainment system, a fully digital instrument cluster, new Smart Dial setup, etc. Compared to the outgoing model, which costs Rs 39.99 lakh, the updated Kodaiq is likely to be priced slightly higher.
