The convention will explore bold and impactful ideas through engaging discussions on breaking societal norms, embracing the strength of individuality, and balancing tradition with modernity to shape visionary leadership.

The convention organised to commemorate International Women’s Day expects over 350 women delegates to participate in person and over 10,000 online viewers, said a release.

Kanimozhi NVN Somu, Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha, will deliver the inaugural address. Speakers at the event include Malini V Shankar, IAS (Retd), Vice Chancellor, Indian Maritime University; J Innocent Divya, IAS, Commissioner, Directorate of Technical Education; Bharathi Baskar, Motivational Speaker, Writer and Diversity Champion and Jayanthi Kumaresh, renowned Indian Veena Musician, the release said.
