Randeep Rai explains why he decided to take up Rupali Ganguly’s show, says ‘It wasn’t a regular…’ [Exclusive]

Rupali Ganguly starrer Anupamaa is ruling hearts. The show has a huge fan following ever since it began. It has been getting all the love and appreciation from the audience. The show has been through major changes in the past one year. We saw it took a big leap after which, actors like Shivam Khajuria, Adrija Roy, Spreha Chatterjee, Krutika Desai, Rahil Azam, Alka Kaushal, Zalak Desai, Manish Goel, Randeep Rai and others entered the show.

Many new characters came in bringing in new twists in the story. Recently, Randeep entered Anupamaa as Aryan Kothari. He is Khyati and Parag Kothari’s son and Prem’s brother. He came in to seek revenge from his mother and family for throwing him away. However, now, he is back to being normal.

Randeep on why he took up Aryan’s role

But, there is a lot about Aryan that is still hidden. Randeep Rai spoke to BollywoodLife and revealed why he took up the show. He also shared how did he land up in the role. He said, “It was quite smooth, actually. The team from Directors Kut Productions reached out to me. I had a couple of meetings and narrations with them. When they explained Aryan’s graph, I found it very interesting because it wasn’t a regular, straightforward hero. After some look tests and discussions, things fell into place. I’m very grateful they trusted me with this part.” This is a big story in entertainment news and TV news.

He further spoke about working with a popular producer like Rajan Shahi. He shared, “It’s been a great learning experience. Rajan sir is one of the finest producers we have, and he really invests emotionally into his shows and actors. He’s very involved, and you feel that passion when you work under his banner. It pushes you to give your best because you know how much heart he puts into every project.”
