Basic Ingredients Used to Make This Watermelon Juice Recipe:

Watermelon (cubed and deseeded): This is the star of the drink. Watermelon is naturally sweet, juicy, and full of hydration—perfect for cooling the body during hot weather.

Lemon Juice (adjust to taste): Lemon adds the much-needed tang that balances the sweetness of watermelon. It also helps in digestion and gives that refreshing kick.

Fresh Mint Leaves: Mint brings a cooling effect and a burst of fresh flavor. It also helps soothe the stomach and enhances the aroma of the drink.

Ice Cubes (as needed): To chill the drink instantly and make it more refreshing, especially when serving guests.

Prevent your screen from going dark

  • 4 cups Watermelon
  • Lemon Juice from 1/2 Lime
  • Ice Cubes as needed
  • Mint leaves a few
  • Cut watermelon into large pieces and discard the skin. Remove black seeds, no need to take the white seeds out.

  • Add watermelon pieces in a blender jar.

  • Blend until smooth texture.

  • Transfer it to a large bowl.

  • If watermelon is sweet, no need to add sugar, but if it is not, taste the juice and if required, add sugar.

  • Add lemon juice and fresh mint leaves if you like . Stir well.

  • Add 1-ice cube in each serving glass and pour prepared watermelon juice into it and serve chilled.

If you prefer plain juice and not the pulp, then I would recommend straining it.
But if you like it otherwise, then you are going to love the sweet taste of watermelon with a slight after taste of fresh lime.
