Tata offers good discount deals on its MY24 stock in June 2025 and here we have explained all the key information along with available MY25 discounts
In June 2025, every eligible variant of the 2025 MY Tiago EV and Punch EV carries a uniform green bonus of Rs. 20,000 with an additional Rs. 20,000 exchange or scrappage benefit, effectively capping the total discount at Rs. 40,000 per vehicle. In the case of the Tiago EV, both Medium Range and Long Range options receive identical discounts.
The base XE and mid-spec XT in the MR setup along with the LR XT and XZ+ Tech Lux fall under the flat Rs. 40,000 benefits. No variation exists between charger types either as all versions are standardised at 3.3kW or the ACFC-equipped 7.2kW trims. For the Punch EV, the 2025 approach mirrors that of the Tiago.
Whether the buyer opts for the Smart or Smart+ variants in MR guise or picks any LR model – regardless of charger configuration – the discount remains constant. A glance at MY2024 reveals a very different strategy. Discounts varies sharply with some Tiago EV variants such as the LR XT drawing Rs. 85,000 in combined benefits.

Even base versions like the XE offer Rs. 50,000 off. Punch EV buyers sees a similar spread where some MR variants not named Smart or Smart+ attract Rs. 50,000 and LR variants with fast charging setups reach Rs. 70,000 in discounts. The MY24 structure also featured additional green bonuses on select trims, offering as much as Rs. 20,000 depending on configuration.

For the 2024 model year, Tata offers varied discounts across the Tiago EV range based on charger type and variant. The base XE paired with a 3.3kW charger comes with a Rs. 50,000 discount. The XT variants receive higher incentives – Rs. 70,000 for the MR version and Rs. 85,000 for the LR. Buyers opting for the more premium XZ+ and Tech Lux LR trims receive Rs. 60,000 off.

The Punch EV MR variants in Smart or Smart+ form come with a Rs. 40,000 discount while all other MR trims receive Rs. 50,000. Long-range (LR) variants also carry a flat Rs. 50,000 discount but upgrading to the 7.2kW ACFC charger lifts the offer to Rs. 70,000. These discounts are to encourage customers to consider higher-charging setups and more expensive variants.
Tata also extends flat discounts on its other electric offerings. Regardless of variant or spec, the Nexon EV 3.0 qualifies for a Rs. 40,000 price reduction. The Curvv EV gets a significant Rs. 70,000 off across its range. The MY24 Tiago EV offers a maximum discount of Rs 1 lakh including the Additional Intervention Consumer Offer for the LR XT variant without ACFC.
