Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela has once again made headlines with a new Instagram post wherein she claims to be at legendary Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio’s party. In the post, the actress was seen posing confidently in a black gown, standing in a luxurious bathroom setting, which has since left the internet divided and rolling their eyes.
Urvashi Rautela recently took to Instagram and posted a picture of hers captioned, “Leonardo DiCaprio’s Party ?? #LeonardoDiCaprio Glimmering smoke & mirrors custom @ari_the_brand @bonovanpeursem_pvt @j.marcc.” Both her fans and her trolls reacted in the comment section. One user wrote, “Ye photo chorne ki kya jarurt thi jab uncomfortable hoke emoji use karna pade” (What was the point of posting this photo if you’re so uncomfortable you need to use an emoji?). Another user, while trolling her, said, “On behalf of all the Indians, I apologize to Leo.” Taking a dig at Urvashi, another netizen wrote, “Yaha RCB IPL jeet kar aa gayi, aur inka Cannes khatam nahi hoke de raha” (Even RCB has come back after winning the IPL, and their Cannes film festival still isn’t over.)
This is not the first time that Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela has connected herself with Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio. Back in the year 2022, the actress claimed that the Titanic film actor complemented her presence at the Cannes 2022 Film Festival and called her a ‘very talented actress’. This claim, however, was met with a lot of speculation, as reports suggest that Leonardo DiCaprio was not formally seen at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival. This led to relentless online trolling for Urvashi Rautela across all her social media platforms. The recent post about Leonardo DiCaprio’s party from Urvashi has reignited debate as many of her fans support her for her confidence and style, while others continue to question and troll her for the authenticity of her claims, given the Bollywood actress’s track record. Even popular Instagram influencer Orry joined in on the conversation and teasingly questioned her self-given ‘Queen of Cannes’ title.
Urvashi has managed to remain a noticeable figure at Cannes over the years. At the 78th edition of the Cannes Film Festival, the actress attracted attention not just for her presence but also for her bold fashion statements, which included a bra-shaped necklace, a ripped gown, and a clutch designed like a green parrot, for which she was trolled heavily on social media.
