My Experience With Plum E-Luminence Deep Moisturizing Creme:

Plum Goodness is an Indian vegan brand known for making quality, affordable beauty products. I previously tried their Green Tea Toner and Black Kajal Eyeliner, both of which I absolutely loved 🥰 . Since I was looking for a hydrating moisturizer for my combination-dry skin, I visited their outlet at a Pune shopping mall during my trip to India in April. Based on the salesperson’s suggestion, I picked up this face cream. I truly hope they open branches in the UK soon🤞!

Packaging – Plum E-Luminence Cream For Dry Skin

Product Packaging:

The Plum E-Luminence moisturiser comes in a 50 ml translucent glass jar, securely packaged in a small cardboard box. The jar includes an additional inner lid to prevent leakage, and all product details are provided on the outer box. I packed it carefully in my makeup bag (along with other beauty essentials) for the journey back from India to the UK and had no issues with leakage! It’s absolutely travel-friendly if packed properly.

Product Texture:

The Plum E-Luminence Deep Moisturizing Crème has a luxurious, rich, and white creamy texture with a thick consistency. It features a subtle fragrance.

How I Use Plum e-luminence cream:

I take a small amount of the crème, applying dots to my forehead, both cheeks, chin, nose, and neck. Then, I gently massage it in with my fingertips in small, upward-outward circles until fully absorbed.

Product Performance:

Plum e-luminence moisturizing cream has a rich, creamy formula that absorbs quickly into the skin upon application. It has a mild, sweet herbal scent that isn’t overpowering, though those sensitive to fragrances might find it less suitable.

The weather in the UK is currently cold and dry, making this cream perfect for my combination skin, which becomes quite dry during winter. It keeps my skin nourished all day, lasting until my PM routine! My skin feels softer, plumper and happier after each use 🙂.

I’ve also tried this heavy-duty Vitamin E crème in summer as a nighttime moisturiser. I love that it hydrates the skin without leaving a greasy residue, making it an ideal choice even for those with oily or sweaty skin. It feels lightweight and non-heavy on the skin, which is a big plus!

This Vitamin E moisturiser claims 24-hour hydration; however, since I don’t typically wear it for such extended hours, I can’t comment on this claim 😕.

I usually apply my moisturisers after a face mist and serum on freshly cleansed skin. However, Plum’s Vitamin E Crème alone is sufficient to keep my skin hydrated in colder weather. When I complete all my skincare steps (Cleanse + Tone + Serum + Moisturize), my skin looks especially soft and radiant 😍.

The cream includes several skin-loving, soothing ingredients, such as Kokum Butter, Sea Buckthorn Oil, Vitamin E, Niacinamide, Glycerin, Calendula Flower Extract, Chamomile Flower Extract, Elder Flower Extract, and White Willow Bark Extract. Note that it contains seed oils; if you have oil sensitivities, I’d recommend a patch test before use.

Since this Plum E-Luminence face cream lacks SPF, you can use it both day and night. It also works well as a base moisturiser under foundation or concealer ❤️.
