BMW Group India has launched the 2025 BMW X3, BMW S 1000 RR and BMW R 1300 GSA Adventure at the ongoing 2025 Bharat Mobility Expo. Interested customers can book all three models online or by visiting their nearest dealership from today, deliveries are scheduled to begin from April 2025.

The new BMW X3 in its fourth generation is built on a new platform, introduces a fresh design language both inside and out, and offers an extensive array of features. The new X3 is offered in two variants – X3 xDrive20 M Sport priced at 75.8 lakh and xDrive20d M Sport priced at Rs 77.8 lakh (both prices ex-showroom, introductory). It’s offered in Dune grey, Alpine White, Brooklyn Grey, Individual Tanzania blue and Black Sapphire. Upholstery options include Veganza Espresso Brown and Veganza Calm Beige.

The new X3 is slightly longer and wider than the outgoing model and features a large illuminated kidney grille. It features newly designed headlights with L-shaped daytime running lamps. At the rear, it gets a refreshed rear design with rear wheel arches notably flared, enhancing the vehicle’s width and providing a more muscular appearance. The rear window is seamlessly integrated and bordered by a long roof spoiler, and the taillights feature a contemporary interpretation of the characteristic T-shaped graphic, with a satin-finished horizontal bar that includes integrated turn signal indicators. Moving inside, the X3 features a new cabin layout with BMW’s curved display, equipped with the iDrive 9 infotainment system, which debuted in the current X1. It also includes redesigned heated sports seats, a flat-bottom steering wheel, and an updated instrument panel made from BMW’s new woven fabric material.

As mentioned previously, the new X3 will be offered in both petrol and diesel engine options – a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol with 190 hp and 310 Nm of torque and a 2.0-litre turbo diesel with 197hp and 400Nm of peak torque. Both engines will come paired with an 8-speed torque converter automatic gearbox which sends power to all four wheels.
BMW S 1000 RR and BMW R 1300 GSA
BMW Motorrad launched the updated BMW S 1000 RR and BMW R 1300 GSA adventure motorcycles at the Bharat Mobility Expo. The new S 1000 RR remains largely unchanged and is priced at Rs 21.2 lakh, whereas the R 1300 GSA ADV is priced at Rs 22.95 lakh (both prices, ex-showroom introductory). As mentioned before, bookings can be done today online or by the dealership, deliveries will begin in April 2025.

The updated BMW S 1000 RR features minor cosmetic changes, it now has an updated front fascia with a new fairing and winglet design and it also gets a wheel cover at the front which helps channel cool air to the front brake callipers. There are no changes made to the motorcycle apart from these, it continues to get the same set of mechanicals. It continues to feature a coloured TFT, full LED lighting, four riding modes, adjustable levers and a bi-directional quick-shifter. The bike retains its 999cc inline four-cylinder engine, generating 210hp at 13,750rpm and 113Nm of torque at 11,000rpm. According to BMW, the S 1000 RR reaches a top speed of 303km/h and weighs 197kg.

BMW R 1300 GSA

The BMW R 1300 GSA is designed with a stronger focus on off-road capabilities compared to the standard R 1300 GS. The 1300 GSA is also a kilo heavier than its previous generation model and tips the scale at 269kg. The R 1300 GSA comes in three variants – Triple Black, GS Trophy, and Option 719 Karakorum, with the radar-assisted rider aids exclusive to the top-end 719 variant.
The ADV features a massive 30-litre fuel tank and features the same 1300 cc engine as the R 1300 GS which puts out 145hp of power and 149Nm torque. The engine comes paired with their Automated Shift Assistant which is essentially an automatic clutch. The ADV also gets radar-based assist features such as radar-assisted features such as cruise control and blind spot monitoring.
