Hyundai Motor India launched the much anticipated Hyundai Creta electric at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Expo. The Creta Electric will be offered in four variants – Executive, Smart, Premium and Excellence – with 8 monotone and 2 dual-tone colour options, including 3 Matte colours. The price for the Hyundai Creta electric starts from Rs 17.99 lakh and goes up to 23.49 lakh (both prices, ex-showroom). The bookings for the EV SUV are already underway, and deliveries are
expected to begin soon.

The Hyundai Creta Electric will be offered with two battery options – 42 kWh and 51.4 kWh packs with an ARAI-rated range of 390 km and 473 km, respectively. The battery pack comes paired with a single electric motor which puts out 135 PS with the smaller battery pack and 171 PS with the larger 51.4 kWh battery pack. Using a DC fast charger, the EV can go from 10% to 80% charge in 58 minutes. An 11 kW AC home charger requires 4 hours to fully recharge the battery from 10% to 100%. The long-range variant can sprint from 0 to 100 kph in 7.9 seconds. It also gets three modes – Eco, Normal and Sport. Let’s take a look at variant-wise features with price.

Hyundai Creta Electric: Executive
42 kWh: 17.99 lakh (ex-showroom)
The Executive is the entry-level variant of the Hyundai Creta Electric and is only offered with the 42 kWh battery pack. It gets features such as all four power windows, power mirrors with auto-fold, 17-inch alloy wheels, a front armrest with cooled storage, twin 10.25-inch screens for instrument cluster and for infotainment, auto headlamps with LED DRLs, Type-C USB ports (1x front, 2x rear), a shark fin antenna, paddle shifters, and a tilt and telescopic steering wheel, active air flaps, LED boot lamps, fabric upholstery, a charging port with a surround light indicator, LED tail lamps, and a height-adjustable driver seat are also included, as well as 2-step rear recline seats, dual-zone auto AC with touch controls, drive modes (Eco, Normal, Sport), cruise control, keyless entry with push-button start/stop, wired android auto, wireless Apple CarPlay, connected car tech, OTS updates, Alexa home-to-car connectivity, six airbags, reverse parking camera, ESC, hill hold, hill descent, TPMS, In-car payment for charging and more.

Hyundai Creta Electric: Smart
42 kWh: 18.99 lakh (ex-showroom)
The Smart comes after Executive and is only offered with the 42 kWh battery pack. It gets all the mentioned above, additionally it gets a 2-way power adjustable driver seat, connected LED tail lamps, a wireless phone charger, puddle lamps with the H logo, rear window sunshades, connected LED DRLs, a frunk with illumination, sweeping LED indicators, and roof rails.

Next comes Smart (O) which is offered in both 42 kWh priced at Rs 19.49 lakh and 51.4 kWh priced at Rs 21.49 lakh (both prices ex-showroom). Additionally, this (O) variant gets a rear LED reading lamp, dual-tone/floating roof, an 11kW home charger w/ telematics (optional) and a panoramic sunroof. The Smart (O) with 51.4 kWh gets a battery heater.

Next comes the Premium trim, which is only offered in a 42 kWh battery pack. It gets all the features mentioned before, additionally it gets a Bose sound system with subwoofer, V2L, ADAS-linked regen braking and Level 2 ADAS features such as forward collision warning, lane follow assist, forward collision avoidance assist, safe exit warning, blind spot collision warning, auto high beam, a subwoofer, blind spot collision avoidance assist, and leading vehicle departure alert, lane departure warning, rear cross-traffic collision warning, lane keep assist, rear cross-traffic collision avoidance assist, and adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go functionality.

51.4 kWh: 23.49 lakh (ex-showroom)
Next comes in the top-of-the-line Excellence variant which is offered only with a 51.4 kWh battery pack. It gets features such as front parking sensors, an auto-dimming inside mirror, a 360-degree camera, an 8-way power adjustable driver seat, blind spot view monitoring, and an 8-way power front passenger seat, driver’s seat includes a memory function with a welcome feature, leather-wrapped steering, front seat slide/recline adjustment from the rear, leather door armrests, front ventilated seats, ambient lighting on the dashboard, cooled glovebox, virtual engine sound system a second-row folding table, a digital key, auto wipers, and more.
