The new 2025 Tata Altroz has finally been launched in India at a starting price of Rs lakh. The updated hatchback lineup is spread across four trims – Smart, Pure, Creative and Accomplished S – priced from Rs 6.89 lakh to Rs 11.29 lakh (all introductory, ex-showroom). The new Altroz comes with significantly revised exterior and interior, while retaining the existing engine setup – petrol, diesel and CNG. It’s important to note that the turbo-petrol engine option is no longer available.

Bookings for the new Altroz will begin on 2nd June, 2025. In the premium hatchback segment, the Altroz facelift will continue to take on the Hyundai i20, Maruti Baleno and Toyota Glanza.

2025 Tata Altroz New Features:
One of the major highlights of the new Tata Altroz is the all-new 10.25-inch digital driver’s display, an upgrade from the older 7-inch part-digital, part-analogue unit. This new HD screen offers a map view and blind spot monitoring; however, it is exclusively offered on the top-end Accomplished S and Accomplished + S trim. The hatchback also gets a Nexon-like two-spoke steering wheel with a gloss-black panel and an illuminated Tata logo in the centre. This unit has mounted controls for phone calls, audio and cruise.

2025 Tata Altroz Design Changes:
Most of the cosmetic updates have been made at the front end. The Tata Altroz 2025 facelift features a newly-designed grille, revised bumper and new LED headlamps with updated DRL signatures. The new flush-fitting illuminated door handles and newly-designed 16-inch dual-tone alloy wheels are two major changes made to its side profile. At the rear, the new Altroz sports horizontally positioned T-shaped LED taillamps connected through an LED light bar.
The updated Altroz is available in five colour options – Royal Blue, Pristine White, Dune Glow, Pure Grey and Ember Glow.

The Tata Altroz 2025 lineup continues to come with the same 86bhp, 1.2L petrol, 90bhp, 1.5L diesel, and 74bhp, petrol-CNG options. A 5-speed manual gearbox is standard, while the 6-speed dual-clutch automatic and 5-speed AMT gearboxes are available with the petrol variants.
