Following the announcement of starting price a while ago, Tata Motors revealed the full price list of the RWD variant of the Harrier EV yesterday. While the prices of the AWD variant will be revealed on June 27 ahead of the commencement of bookings on July 2, 2025 here we bring you all the variant-wise features and remaining specifications under the curtain.
The midsize electric SUV will be offered in six distinct trims – Adventure 65, Adventure S 65, Fearless+ 65, Fearless+ 75, Empowered 75 and Empowered QWD 75 while a total of five exterior colour schemes will be available namely Pristine White, Pure Grey, Empowered Oxide, Nainital Nocturne and Matte Stealth Black. Each variant gets different interior finishes too – all-black in Fearless, white and black dual-tone in Empowered and black/brown finish in Adventure.
Tata’s own C75 internal range estimates indicate that the 65 kWh version can manage between 420 and 445 km on a full charge in real world conditions while the 75 kWh RWD variant returns anywhere between 480 and 505 km. The twin e-motor all-wheel drive model, despite sharing the same battery size, is rated between 460 and 490 km on a single charge.

As per MIDC testing (Part 1 and Part 2 cycles), the certified driving range stands at 538 km for the 65 kWh model, 627 km for the 75 kWh RWD version and 622 km for the dual e-motor trim. The Harrier EV range boasts the 65 kWh and 75 kWh single-motor RWD variants and the top-spec 75 kWh QWD twin motor trim. Both rear-driven versions use a permanent magnet synchronous motor producing 238 PS and 315 Nm of torque. In contrast, the AWD setup pairs a high-performance induction motor up front with a PMS motor at the rear, offering a combined torque output of 504 Nm.
Drive modes vary too – the RWD trims get Eco, City, and Sport settings while the AWD model adds a fourth Boost mode. Emphasising off-road capability, it comes with a 600 mm water wading depth and up to 47 per cent gradeability in the QWD version while terrain response also scales with variants – three modes (Normal, Wet, Rough) on lower trims, and up to six (including Snow/Grass, Mud-Ruts, Sand, Rock Crawl, and Custom) on the AWD Empowered QWD 75.

Across the range, suspension duties are handled by independent setups front and rear with frequency-dependent damping and multi-tuned valve tech. Moreover, fast-charging from 20 to 80 per cent using a 100–120 kW DC setup takes around 25 minutes and full top-ups through a 7.2 kW AC charger require between 9.3 and 10.7 hours depending on the battery size.
Standard across all variants of the Harrier EV are features like paddle-controlled regen braking with four adjustable levels, single-pedal driving and bi-directional V2V/V2L charging rated at 5 kVA and 3.3 kVA respectively. Tata also backs the high-voltage battery pack with a lifetime warranty and no kilometre cap, complemented by an 8-year/1.6 lakh km motor warranty.
The SUV offers a departure angle of 26.4 degrees, an approach angle of 25.3 degrees and a break-over angle of 16.6 degrees. It rides on a 2,741 mm wheelbase, flanked by a front overhang of 884 mm and a rear overhang measuring 982 mm. The vehicle stretches 4,607 mm in length and 1,740 mm in height while its total width stands at 2,132 mm with mirrors, or 1,922 mm excluding them. In addition, the track width is 1,636 mm up front and 1,650 mm at the rear.
The Harrier EV features 502 litres of boot space and a front trunk measuring up to 67 litres or 35 kilograms depending on variant. A 5.75-metre turning circle radius, all four disc brakes supported by vacuum-independent brake control and R18s on Adventure trims and larger R19 aero alloys on Fearless+ and Empowered variants are other highlights.
