- Cardamom Powder – 1 tsp
PS: If you are allergic to nuts, please skip adding dry fruits to this milk!

To prepare your beauty elixir,

4. Pour milk into the pan. I used 150 ml/1 cup of milk, but you can adjust the quantity based on your needs.
5. Once the milk starts boiling, add the soaked, fully bloomed saffron strands to it and stir gently.
6. Add cardamom powder and mix well.
7. Let the milk simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly and develop a creamy texture.
