A new lawsuit filed against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs alleges that the rapper hosted a ‘Freak-Off’ party in 2015 where the accuser, Joseph Manzaro, was humiliated and sexually assaulted. The lawsuit claims that several top US celebrities, including Jay-Z and LeBron James, were in attendance at the party and witnessed the alleged assault.
Sean Diddy Combs, Jay-Z, LeBron James And Other Names Listed In New Lawsuit
According to the lawsuit, Manzaro was forced to wear a penis mask and was facilitated and engaged in the trafficking by Diddy. The lawsuit also claims that Glorio and Emilio Estefan witnessed Manzaro’s humiliation at the party. Other individuals, including Eric Mejias, Brendan Paul, and Adria English, are also believed to have been in attendance.
Jay-Z’s Attorney States He Was Not Present
However, several of the accused celebrities have denied any involvement in the party or the alleged assault. Jay-Z’s attorney, Alex Spiro, stated, “Mr. Carter wasn’t in Florida at that time to witness this incident – he was engaged in easily findable public activities that prove he was not at this event. This is more nonsense that erodes the trust in our ‘justice’ system.”
LeBron James’s Spokesperson Denied His Presence In Miami
LeBron James’ spokesperson also denied the basketball star’s presence in Miami. The spokesperson said, “This is demonstrably false and doesn’t even merit a report or response. A basic internet search shows what LeBron was doing all of April 2015. He was playing basketball for the Cleveland Cavaliers and never in Miami.”
Gloria And Emilio Estefan’s Rep Deny Allegations
Gloria and Emilio Estefan’s rep has also “strongly” denied the allegations. The rep stated, “The property in question was never a home where Gloria and Emilio resided. But it was rather a house they owned for family use. There were no parties thrown at that property between 2012 and 2019. We have all necessary documentation to support these facts and will provide it to the court.”
Diddy’s Rep Slams Lawsuit
Diddy’s reps have also slammed the lawsuit. The rep said, “This complaint demonstrates the depraved lengths plaintiffs will travel to garner headlines in pursuit of a payday. No sane person reading this complaint could credit this story. Mr. Combs looks forward to having his day in court where these lies – and the perverse motives of those who told them – will be revealed.”
Brendan Paul’s Attorney Questions Credibility
Brendan Paul’s attorney, Brian Bieber, has also questioned the credibility of the suit, calling it an April Fool’s Day joke. He stated, “If someone seriously filed this lawsuit, the allegations against Brendan are 100% false and literally impossible to have occurred.”
What Happened In Miami That Night?

The lawsuit suggests that the complainant was allegedly sexually assaulted and was forced to partake in unwanted sexual activity. As per the lawsuit, complainant Manzaro was allegedly drugged, transported against his will, and sexually maimed as a victim of a coercive and organized criminal enterprise beginning in 2015. In the lawsuit, Sean Diddy’s alleged drug dealing associate, Brendan Paul, was named as a defendant.
