Jury Watches 20 Minutes Video Of Sean Diddy Combs’ Drug-Fueled Sex Marathons| Bollywood Bubble

On the brink of concluding their case against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, federal prosecutors on Monday presented jurors with additional videos depicting dr*g-fueled s*x marathons central to the allegations that could result in life imprisonment for the hip-hop mogul. These clips, amounting to approximately 20 minutes of footage of so-called “freak-offs” or “hotel nights.” They served as the final pieces in a prosecution case that began 7weeks earlier. It included security camera footage of Combs violently assaulting his former girlfriend, Cassie, at a Los Angeles hotel in 2016.

The prosecution is scheduled to rest its case on Tuesday once Combs’ defense team completes cross-examination of the last government witness, Homeland Security Investigations agent Joseph Cerciello. His testimony involved hours of reading aloud text message exchanges, some involving Combs or associates. During Cerciello’s testimony, defense attorneys played excerpts from the videos, shown exclusively to the jury and courtroom parties due to their graphic content, and not to reporters or the public.

Attorney Calls Videos ‘Explicit’

Assistant U.S. Attorney Maurene Comey described the videos, mostly 1- or 2-minute clips filmed by Combs, as “explicit,” prompting jurors to wear headsets to view and listen without the recordings being accessible to courtroom spectators. Prosecutors argue that the drug-fueled multi-day events serve as evidence of s*x trafficking and racketeering conspiracy. This further asserts that Combs relied on staff, associates, and business accounts to transport male s*x workers across cities like Miami, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and New York. These are the locations where hotel rooms were arranged and cleaned up afterwards.

Combs, Cassie Freak-Off Video

Combs maintains his innocence, actively participating in his defense by taking notes and influencing the timing of witness examinations. Last week, prosecutors showed around 2 minutes of footage from 2012 and 2014 involving Cassie, a male s*x worker, and Combs. Cassie is an R&B singer (real name Casandra Ventura). She testified earlier that she participated in hundreds of these “freak-off” events. Also mentioned that she was in a relationship with Combs from 2007 to 2018. She filed a lawsuit in 2023 alleging years of abuse, which Combs settled within hours; subsequent similar lawsuits followed.

As reported by The Associated Press, defense attorneys previously showed the jury approximately 18 minutes of video involving Cassie. They claimed in opening statements that the recordings demonstrated consensual s*xual activity and did not constitute a crime.

Jane’s Testimony

On Monday, prosecutors aired nearly 20 minutes of recordings from 2021 and 2022. It involved a pseudonymous single mother (“Jane”), male s*x workers, and Combs. Jane testified over 6 days earlier in the trial that she had a romantic relationship with Combs from 2021 until his September arrest at a New York hotel.

Cerciello testified that dozens of recordings from late 2021 through August last year extended over many hours. Comey concluded her questioning of Cerciello early Monday afternoon. After defense cross-examination, the prosecution was expected to rest its case. Closing arguments are tentatively scheduled for Thursday, following what is anticipated to be a brief presentation from the defense.
