Earlier reports suggested that Bigg Boss 19, Bigg Boss OTT 4 and Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 will not take place this year after the production house has decided to back out this time. A few days back, Bigg Boss OTT season 4 was announced and Bigg Boss 19 has been gaining momentum. There are various speculations about Salman Khan’s fees for this season.
Salman Khan’s staggering fee for Bigg Boss 19
Salman earlier earned around Rs 250 crores for 21 episodes as the episodes ran from October 2024 to January 2025. Before Anil Kapoor, Salman left everyone surprised by hosting Bigg Boss OTT season 2, As per reports, the handsome hunk charged Rs 12 crore per day for Bigg Boss OTT 2. During weekends, Salman used to shoot two episodes for Rs 12 crore weekly. As per reports, his total fees for the entire season which ran for about 8 weeks was approximately Rs 96 crore. His fees was much higher than Karan Johar and Anil Kapoor as they charged Rs 2 crore per episode and Rs 4 crore per day.
After charging Rs 250 crore mark in Bigg Boss season 18, will the actor now increase his fees and demand Rs 300 crore or more for Bigg Boss 19? According to industry sources, Salman charged Rs 12 crore per week which means he earned Rs 6 crore per episode for Bigg Boss 17. He ended up pocketing a staggering Rs 200 crore for the entire season. He reportedly charged Rs. 2.5 crores for Bigg Boss season 4 to Bigg Boss season 6. The actor charged Rs. 5 crores for Bigg Boss season 7 and he charged Rs. 5.5 crore for Bigg Boss season 8.
He reportedly charged Rs. 7-8 crores for Bigg Boss season 9 and he charged 8 crores for season 10. He charged Rs. 11 crores for Bigg Boss season 11 and Rs. 12-14 crores for Bigg Boss season 12. His took home Rs. 15.50 crore for Bigg Boss 13 and Rs. 25 crore for season 14.
