Karnataka 2nd PUC Results 2025 (OUT): The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) declared the results for the Karnataka 2nd PUC Exam 1 on Tuesday, April 8. The link to check the results has been activated.
Students who had appeared for the Karnataka 2nd PUC Exam can check the results on karresults.nic.in. To download the Karnataka 2nd PUC 2025 Exam 1 results, students must log in using their roll number, registration number, and captcha code.
The results were announced in a press conference first, at 12:30 pm and are now available online. A total of 7 lakh students appeared for the Karnataka 2nd PUC Results for 2025.
Karnataka 2nd PUC Results 2025: KSEAB Karnataka II PUC Exam 2, 3 dates 2025 out
The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board has announced that the 2025 II PUC Exam 2 will run from April 24 to May 8, 2025. Meanwhile, the 2025 II PUC Exam 3 is scheduled for June 9 to June 21, 2025. The board has also published the detailed timetable for the April-May 2025 II PUC Exam 2
Karnataka 2nd PUC Results 2025: Pass percentage at 74.55%
The pass percentage of the Karnataka 2nd PUC Results for this year is as follows:
1.In urban areas, 5,03,900 students appeared for the exam, with 3,75,188 passing, resulting in a pass percentage of 74.55%.
2.In rural areas, 1,34,505 students appeared, and 93,251 passed, giving a pass percentage of 69.33%.
Karnataka 2nd PUC Results 2025: Arts stream results
In the Arts stream, the performance of students varied significantly across different types of colleges. Government PU Colleges reported a high pass rate of 79.64%, with 51,592 students passing out of 64,755 who appeared. Aided colleges had a pass rate of 59.49%, with 31,871 students passing out of 53,560. Un-aided colleges recorded a lower pass rate of 44.51%, with 15,292 students passing out of 34,354. Meanwhile, BBMP colleges achieved a pass rate of 63.64%, with 238 students passing out of 374 who appeared.
Karnataka 2nd PUC Results 2025: Commerce stream results
In the Commerce stream, the pass rates varied across different types of colleges. Government PU Colleges reported a pass rate of 59.41%, with 41,592 students passing out of 70,003 who appeared. Aided colleges had a slightly lower pass rate of 58.10%, with 31,366 students passing out of 53,982. Un-aided colleges achieved a higher pass rate of 68.52%, with 90,864 students passing out of 132,601. BBMP colleges recorded the highest pass rate at 73.98%, with 2,103 students passing out of 2,843 who appeared.
Karnataka 2nd PUC Results 2025: Science stream results
In the Science stream, the performance of students across different college types showed notable variations. Government colleges achieved a high pass rate of 82.20%, with 7,697 students passing out of 9,367 who appeared. Aided colleges recorded a pass rate of 66.94%, with 6,518 students passing out of 9,735. Un-aided colleges demonstrated a strong performance with a pass rate of 79.06%, as 129,302 students passed out of 163,503. BBMP colleges also performed well, with a pass rate of 82.61%, where 1,578 students passed out of 1,910 who appeared.

The Karnataka Board first announced the results in a press conference 12:30 PM, on Tuesday. The meet was chaired by the Karnataka Minister of the Department of School Education and Literacy.

Karnataka 2nd PUC Results 2025: What if you fail?
Students who fail to clear the Karnataka 2nd PUC exams will have to take the compartmental exams. They will have to register on the basis of the result sheet. The application for Karnataka PUC 2 exam-2 from failed candidates of 2025 exams and prior exams will be only accepted on the basis of MCA.

In the gender-specific results, 3,45,694 girls took the exam, with 2,69,212 passing, achieving a pass rate of 77.88%. Meanwhile, 2,92,111 boys participated, and 1,99,227 were successful, resulting in a pass percentage of 68.20%.

Karnataka 2nd PUC Results 2025: Re-evaluation dates
Candidates can request for scanned copies of their answer scripts between April 8 and April 13. The window to download these scanned copies will be open from April 12 to April 16.
Candidates who apply for scanned copies can also request revaluation and retotaling of their Karnataka PUC 2 Exam 1 results from April 12 to April 17.

What was the Karnataka 2nd PUC Result pass percentage last year?
In 2024, a total of 6,81, 079 students appeared for the Karnataka board PUC 2 exams, out of which 5,52,690 students cleared the exams, taking the overall pass percentage to 81.15 per cent. Last year, the results for the KSEAB Karnataka 2nd PUC were announced on April 10.
