Bigg Boss 7 star Ajaz Khan has been mired in a major controversy after an actress allegedly filed a rape case against him. His interim bail has now been rejected by Bombay High Court.
TV actor Ajaz Khan has been a favourite child of controversies. Time and again, the Bigg Boss 7 participant, has hit the headlines but for all the wrong reasons. Recently, Ajaz Khan hit headlines as reportedly a rape case got filed against him. A complaint was filed against him by an actress who claimed that Ajaz Khan sexually assaulted her under the pretext of marriage. The latest update is that the Bombay High Court has now rejected his anticipatory bail. The actor is said to be absconding as Mumbai Police has launched an investigation.
As reported by news agency IANS, Mumbai Police has confirmed that actor Ajaz Khan is absconding and is not tracible. “Actor Ajaz Khan is absconding after a rape case was filed against him in Mumbai. The victim accused him of assault under the pretext of marriage and work offers. His anticipatory bail plea was rejected; police search is ongoing,” reads a post made by the news agency on X (formerly known as Twitter).

Earlier, the actor had reportedly applied for interim bail in Sessions Court. He then moved to Bombay High Court after his bail plea got rejected. However, reports claim that the High Court has also rejected his interim bail plea. Now, the As per another report in Bhaskar English, the next hearing is set to take place on June 2. The actor is expected to be present in court for hearing.
Apart from this, Ajaz Khan’s name is mired in a yet another major controversy. The actor was the host of Ullu App’s show called House Arrest. The show starting streaming on April 11 and soon caught everyone’s attention with its explicit content. It led to social media outrage with many demanding strict action against the star. The National Commission of Woman (NCW) too had penned a post slamming the show. A case was filed against the actor and the makers of House Arrest.
