Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai TV serial is much in news as rumours suggest that it is headed for a leap. Currently, Samridhii Shukla and Rohit Purohit are playing the leading roles. They play Abhira and Armaan respectively. The story is of the fourth generation. Armaan and Abhira have now become parents and their lives revolve around their daughter Pookie. However, they are having trouble as Armaan has become an over protective father. He is ignoring and hurting Abhira emotionally. Amid all of this, rumours state that the show will take a leap and Armaan-Abhira will separate. So will there be a change in the cast of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai?
It seems so! A social media update made by Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai star Manthan Setia has left fans quite curious. The actor plays the role of Aryan Poddar in the show. He is Armaan’s cousin. Manthan took to his social media account to share a few pictures from the sets. One of the fans asked him whether he would be continuing with the show post leap. To this, the actor simply responded saying ‘no’. This has left his fans quite surprised wondering whether he confirmed his exit from the show. Many said that they’ll miss Aryan Poddar in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.

There is no confirmation as yet from the makers of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai about the leap. Neither the lead star cast has commented on it as yet.
Earlier, rumours of Garvita Sadhwani aka Ruhi quitting the show went viral on social. It was due to a post made by her on social media that left her fans curious. She shared a selfie with a butterfly, goodbye and an infinity emoji. Fans started racking their brains over the upcoming storyline of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and the changes post leap.
