Rupali Ganguly has been constantly winning praises for her performance in Anupamaa. Recently, Anu turned vigilant to save a woman from the cruelties of her husband.
Anupamaa TV serial has everyone’s attention. The show starring Rupali Ganguly has been one of the favourites of the masses for a long time. It has also been on the number one spot on TRP chart. In recent times, the show has underwent a massive change too. After a short leap, the story now is all about Anu’s journey in Mumbai. She is struggling and also dealing with the past trauma. She is now scared to talk to people as well as even be around dance. But the latest episode gave fans a glimpse of the old Anupamaa – fearless and strong.
In today’s episode of Anupamaa, fans got to see Anu (Rupali Ganguly) once again donning the cap of a saviour. She helps her neighbour who is suffering the cruelty of her husband. Savita’s husband does not care about her and even threatens to hit their daughter. He deals with alcohol addiction. As Anu sees Savita suffering, she decides to take matter in her own hands. Late at night, Anu covers her face and turns into a ‘dhulai woman’. She beats up Savita’s husband and teaches him a lesson. He then vows to never touch alcohol or trouble his wife. Anupamaa is a vigilant now and nobody knows that it is her who beat up Savita’s husband. She, however, regrets that she interfered in someone else’s life. Now, everyone in Anu’s colony is talking about this superhero.
While the die-hard fans of Anupamaa are loving her ‘dhulai woman’ avatar, there are some who aren’t quite impressed with it.
