Sanjay Narvekar REVEALS details about his cameo in Shivaji Satam, Dayanand Shetty’s show; ‘Vo typical police…’ [Exclusive]

CID 2 is currently the most talked about show. We have all loved the twists and turns that happened in the show. Ever since the second season began, we have seen the makers bringing in some interesting changes. The second season began in 2024 and Shivaji Satam, Dayanand Shetty, Ajay Nagrath, Aditya Srivastava, Ansha Sayed, Hrishikesh Pandey, Narendra Gupta with their iconic roles. However, the recent Barboza episodes changed a lot of things.

Shivaji Satam aka ACP Pradyuman was shown dead and Parth Samthaan entered the show. He played ACP Ayushmaan who came in to handle the team and also to find out who is the ‘gaddar’ in the CID team. ACP Pradyuman was back but they could not get hold of Barboza. However, they found out that Dr. Salunkhe was the gaddar in the team. After his exit, Janvi Chheda and Shraddha Musale returned to the show as Inspector Shreya and Dr. Tarika.

Now, the latest episodes have shown more twists. We saw the case where police officers are being killed and doubt comes on the CID team. It is said that someone from the CID team is doing this. We saw it is shown that Daya is doing all this and he has some mission to complete for Shreya.

Sanjay Narvekar talks about his character in CID 2

In the new promo, we saw SOS officer entering the show to find out about the murders of the police officer. Sanjay Narvekar will be playing the role. We have earlier seen him in shows like Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin and Udne Ki Aasha. He has also been loved in the Marathi film industry.

He spoke to BollywoodLife about his new role in CID 2. He said, “Yeh SOS officer Delhi se aya hua hai CID mein investigation karne kyunki murder ka ek silsila shuru hota hai jaha police officers maare jate hai. 5 officers maare jate hai aur uska blame shayad CID team par hi ata hai. Delhi se jo investigation karte hai unko lagta hai ki CID mein aisa koi hai jo ye khoon kar raha hai.” This is a big story in entertainment news and TV news.
