Basic Ingredients Used to Make this Healthy Paneer Salad:
Fresh Paneer: This is the star of the salad. Paneer is packed with protein and makes the dish filling enough to enjoy as a light meal. Choose soft, fresh paneer for the best texture and taste.
Tomatoes: Use ripe, firm tomatoes. They bring juiciness and tang that balances the richness of paneer. Tomatoes also add freshness and vibrant color to the salad. You can use cherry tomato or normal tomatoes.
Lemon Juice: A splash of lemon juice lifts the flavors, adds a refreshing tang, and helps cut through the creaminess of paneer. It also enhances digestion.
Salt: This not only adds a unique salty flavor but also helps with digestion. It’s a common seasoning in Indian salads and chaats.
Black Pepper Powder: Adds a subtle kick without overpowering the salad. It blends well with the cumin and lemon.
Olive Oil: I have used olive oil for this recipe to make it more healthier. Incase not available you can use little vegetable oil or ghee.
