They also help people recover from trauma.”
You don’t need to be an athlete to benefit from hope molecules. Even moderate exercises such as brisk walking, cycling, or yoga can substantially stimulate their release.

And the idea that your muscles could provide you with the equivalent of something like an antidepressant medication, I think it’s phenomenal.”
