We started the weekday on a high note by moving our Sunday Plans of visiting this cafe to Monday
We went to this place In Noida , which came as a recommendation from one of our friends stating that this place does not use any refined flour ( Maida ) all the preparations like their pizza pasta and bread are made in whole wheat / whole grains.
Cafe edify is the names of this healthy place and it is located in Sector 76 Noida In the market 76th Street While you enter this market all you have to do is Just take the stairs on your left hand side of ground floor And go towards the far end that’s where the Cafe is as soon as you open doors you’ll be welcomed by the strong aroma of coffee and a super inviting ambience with mirrors on your left to take a glance at yourself and pat your back for choosing a healthy cafe for today.

The best part about this cafe is that it is a very laid back place that signals you to slow down in the fast paced world , Sit down and make a healthy choice at least for today. Stroll through their table mat puzzle, pick up the mind games or board games of choice ,indulge in some reading or simply hit the upstairs for a super cozy sitting where you can apparently lie down as well with a view of outside from inside with a perfect lightning to set for a calming healthy indulgence.

I hope now that we know why this place is different so let’s quickly get on to the food that we had here. Starting with something to hydrate. And since I knew the entire menu was screaming out loud of being a healthy options,for the first time I handed over the Menu to kids to pick what they wish to drink and eat ( otherwise the mother in me takes over )
Not just the They also said Handcrafted bags handmade candles And of course the Gourmet dips and freshly baked breads
I am truly impressed and while they had an amazing range of Dessert options but we were so full ( our heart and out tummy both ) that we decided that this place definitely needs more than one visit to have it all. And I am going to order a lot more from this special. If you wish don’t miss to grab their special offers and cards , check with reception for current offers. Rajesh was super pro in updating us with all the information on choosing the food, sharing the USP of the place & Dishes that we picked while I was reading it all in the Menu and Table mats but still he informed us like a pro. So 5 stars for his customer service. He saw us being so delighted about the entire food and Menu that once we were done with the food he got Chef Suyash to meet us. And thanks to him we bought something to take home to make a healthy change in our lifestyle and lot of motivation to choose a healthy place whenever we are able to pick one.
Most of the time when we choose health the biggest thing is everything that is healthy is expensive but doesn’t apply here. All Day breakfast options starts for Rs. 160/- onwards and everything on the menu is under 500/- So go ahead and fix your health without burning a hole in your pocket.
