Kim Soo Hyun Exposes Fabricated Chats: Press Conference Revelations |

Kim Soo Hyun presents evidence at the press conference, says 2016 and 2018 chats are fabricated

Kim Soo Hyun, the controversial actor, publically held a press conference to respond to the ongoing accusations of dating Kim Sae Ron when she was underage. As he unravelled the claims piece by piece, the ‘Queen of Tears’ actor stated regarding the chats on KakaoTalks from 2016, 2018 and 2025. While he presented the ‘evidence’ to support him, the fans are questioning the credibility.

KakaoTalks Chats’ Linguistic Report

According to Pinkvilla, the actor submitted the KakaoTalk messages with Kim Sae Ron to gather information about the text. Furthermore, the actor presented the linguistic analysis report made by a private forensic speech analysis firm, Trubaum. Kim Soo Hyun stated, “The person who is having the conversation with the late actor is different for the KakaoTalk chats made in 2016 and 2018,” based on the evidence – the private analysis.
In the press conference, Soo Hyun expressed that he asked for the official report and requested a thorough analysis of the chats. Denying accusations, Kim said, “vidence of photos and videos and KakaoTalk chat that’s not original but that has been cleverly manipulated.”
According to Trubaum’s report, the messages Kim Sae Ron received in 2016 and 2018 are 92% not sent by Kim Soo Hyun. However, the rest 8%, made the fans doubt about the credibility, considering the previous mishaps by the private firm.
The CEO of Trubaum is infamous for making a high-profile error of misidentifying the ‘Nth room’ operator Jo Joo Bin’s profile on SBS’s ‘Unanswered Questions.’ Hence, the public is criticising the move and questioning the credibility of the source.

Denies The Claim

During the press conference, Kim Soo Hyun accused Kim Sae Ron’s family of framing him as a pedophile and accusing him of ‘grooming’ the actress with the help of pulling stunts like fabricated KakaoTalks chats. The actor has filed a 120 Billion KRW defamation lawsuit against the family and the YouTube channel Garosero Research Institute.
