to 5 years. The construction phase has begun in Shivala. We still include Shivala
as top investment destination because within a 3 km radius still good
investment opportunities galore and the price ranges are sub 20 lakhs per
kattha. Some land bought around 20 lakhs per katthas has still potential to
reach 45-50 lakhs per kattha in this location within this decade or even more. Shivala
will soon attract large number of builders in Patna. Few have begun their
projects near Neora already.
