CyberWest Summit returns to Perth next week, with this year’s event taking place across May 28th and 29th at the Pan Pacific. Organised by the CyberWest Hub and backed by the WA Data Science Innovation Hub (WADSIH), the annual summit has become a flagship gathering for the state’s cybersecurity, tech, and innovation communities. With a strong focus on practical solutions, business resilience, and emerging technology, CyberWest brings together some of Australia’s most influential minds across government, industry, academia, and defence.
The 2025 theme, “Future-Proofing Your Business,” reflects a clear shift in the conversation around cybersecurity — one that sees it not just as a defensive measure, but a strategic imperative. The program will explore how artificial intelligence, data analytics, critical infrastructure protection, and human-centred design are converging to create new opportunities and challenges in digital risk management. With cyber threats evolving at a rapid pace, the summit aims to empower businesses and leaders across all sectors with actionable insights to build cyber resilience.
